Healthy Things To do

Eating breakfeast is nice but it not the only thing you need to stay healthy. Also you need to exrises, keep calm,give your self some confendence every once in awhile.Some    of the things I do are keep in touch with friends go out side now and then but always have somebody in the family who can take you to the park and exrises with you its never fun to do it alone. Get a ic enumbe rof sleep in like (8-9 hours) is always healthy. Never not have a socail lif eit can bring down your confendence and make you not want to exrises at all.Take part in a school activity like footballteam,choire,band,student council,quiz bowl are all fun.
